    Mindset Reset: Elevate Your Mental Game

    Learn practical tips to tackle the mental side of tennis -- both on and off the court -- with Cheri Flake, renowned therapist, meditation and hypnotherapy expert, podcast host, sought-after speaker and mom of two CHS tennis players. 

    Inside Barn, players will participate in an engaging session, followed by light bites and time to just hang out together. Meanwhile, parents can enjoy an afternoon getting to know other team parents in a casual setting on the Barn patio. 

    The Booster Club will cover a portion of the cost for the space and food for the Mindset session. To help offset these expenses, the cost per player is $15. Please RSVP here and pay via Venmo @CHSTennis-Treasurer. Parents who stay can order from the menu and pay their server directly. Parents: Be sure to indicate on the RSVP form if you plan to stay so we can save enough tables on the patio.
